The Industrial Steam Cabinet for Food Processing provides an efficient solution for batch steaming and cooking of food products using high-temperature steam.

Unlike a conventional atmospheric steaming cabinet, the pressure-type design creates a sealed processing chamber in which controlled pressure allows the steam temperature to rise above normal atmospheric steaming conditions. The reference configuration operates at temperatures up to approximately 120°C.

Food is loaded onto stainless steel trays arranged on mobile multi-layer trolleys. Once the trolley is positioned inside the chamber and the door is securely closed, steam entersthe cabinet and circulates around the trays.

How the Industrial Steam Cabinet Works

1. Food Loading
Food products are arranged on stainless steel trays.The trays are then placed on a multi-level stainless steel trolley, allowing many trays to be processed in one batch.

2. Trolley Loading
The complete trolley is rolled directly into the steaming chamber.
This design reduces individual tray handling and makes loading and unloading more convenient for high-volume production.

3. Sealed Chamber
After loading, the cabinet door is closed and secured.
The reference machine uses an insulated cabinet structure and a sealing gasket around the door to maintain chamber airtightness during operation.

4. Steam Heating
Steam is introduced into the sealed chamber.
As steam contacts the cooler food and tray surfaces, it condenses and transfers thermal energy rapidly to the product.

5. Steam Circulation
An internal circulation system helps distribute steam throughout the chamber.
This is particularly important for large cabinets containing many tray levels because consistent steam distribution helps reduce temperature differences between different positions.
