Operation Principle
Rotor pump is also named rotary lobe pump,three-lobe pump,sole pumpetc.When the 2simultaneous reverse rotating rotors(with 2-4 gears)revolve,it produces suction force at theinlet(vacuum),which intakes the material delivered.The 2 rotors divide the rotor housinginto many smaller parts and revo-Ive in the sequence of a-b-c-d.When it revolves toposition a,only housing I is filled with medium;when it revolves to position b,housing Bencloses part of the medium,when it goes to position c,housing A encloses medium,andfinally it goes to position d,then housing A,B and I are interlinked and the medium istransported to the outlet.As this process is repeated,medium(material)is transpor-tedcontinuously.SKU: n/a -

Ransmission Section Selection:
● Motor + Fixed Ratio Reducer: this method of transmission is simple, the rotor speed is constant,
which also determines the flow rate is not adjustable.
● Motor + Mechanical Friction Type Stepless Transmission: this type of transmission is manually adjusted to achieve variable speed. It is characterized by safe and reliable, large torque, flow adjustable stepless. Disadvantages are non-automatic adjustment and more troublesome. The speed must be adjusted in the working process, and it must not be adjusted under stop state. Please refer to the manufacturer’s instructions for use and maintenance
specifications.
● Converter Motor + Converter: the speed can be automatically adjusted in this way, which means that the flow can
