Hybrid pot stills can be built either of copper or stainless steel. When built from stainless steel, the bottom and side shell of the pot are made of stainless, while the top of the pot is built from copper and welded together.
The Hybrid pot still can be build with various head designs, depending on the spirits being produced. The tray quntity in the rectification column is dependent on the desired ABV of the final distillate.

- The boiler’s volume is optional from 200lt to 500lt or even more, all the aspects of the still can be customized, such as using copper in the boiler, adding an agitator, and adding cip ball, thermocouples etc.

The trays have openings to allow vapor to flow upward through the column, as well as conduits (downcomers) to allow condensed liquid to flow downward. The tray is designed to promote intimate contact between the upward-moving vapor and downward-moving liquid.
