The 5000KG/5000L Chocolate melting tanks specifically designed to melt blocks of chocolate, fat, cocoa mass and cocoa Butter. Melting tanks are standing, twin shell and isolated cylindrical vessel with a agitator, in built heating and water circulation system, ensures keeping a temperature of chocolate mass. Electric controller maintains a heating according to adjusted value which is set by operator. Electric geared motor drives agitator. The tank is closed by two covers. Tanks are fitted with ball or gate valve.

- The holding tank is to store the fine grinded chocolate mass in constant temperature; it is with temperature sensor and thermal controller, automatic temperature control system.
- To make chocolate mass rub, puff, mix, emulsification, then to make different granules in the chocolate mass change notably in shape and volume. The machine is used to make different kinds of materials more evenly, to reduce the moisture in the mass, to improve the color, smell and taste of chocolate.
- To store quantitative chocolate mass in order to fit successive production.
