The production of good quality chocolate requires a very specific production process. We design and manufactures tanks and process equipment specifically intended for the processing of chocolate. The chocolate tanks meet the highest quality standards and hygiene standards.
With chocolate it is very important that the melting process is carefully controlled. Our tanks can be equipped with a double jacket in one or more segments to control the temperature of the chocolate.
In the processing and transformation of chocolate from cocoa bean to liquid chocolate, it is crucial to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the raw material to ensure the highest quality of the finished products, including pralines, cakes, biscuits, eggs and bars.
More specifically, precision and attention during the storage and transport of chocolate is essential in order not to alter its organoleptic properties.
Chocolate storage tank we produce is made of AISI 304 grade stainless steel. It is with PID controlled heating element. Continuous mixing and ON/OFF stirring, both are allowed. Rotation speed of the agitation can be adjusted.
