Working Principle：

Plastic granules are fed into the single screw extruder, where they are melted and homogenized. The molten material is pushed through a forming die to shape it into corrugated tubes. A precision vacuum system and cooling setup stabilize the tube diameter and wall thickness. The PLC system monitors speed, temperature, and pressure to ensure consistent quality. Finally, the extruded tubes are cut or rolled for packaging and distribution.
