Product Introduction
The Automatic Vacuum Packaging Machine for Premade Pouches is designed to automate bag feeding, opening, product filling, vacuum extraction, heat sealing, and finished pouch discharge in one integrated packaging process.
Its three-chamber vacuum structure provides powerful vacuum extraction of up to -0.1 MPa, helping remove air from the package before sealing. With a packaging speed of approximately 15–25 bags/min, the machine provides an efficient solution for commercial and industrial food packaging operations.
A modular filling design allows the system to accommodate different product characteristics, including granules, powders, sauces, and other compatible materials. The PLC touchscreen control system provides convenient adjustment of operating parameters, while automatic temperature compensation helps maintain consistent sealing quality.
The machine is suitable for snack foods, frozen foods, prepared meals, seafood, nuts, sauces, and other products packed in premade composite pouches.

Key Features
Automatic Premade Pouch Handling
The machine automatically picks, opens, positions, and transfers premade bags through the packaging process, reducing manual handling and improving production consistency.
Three-Chamber Vacuum System
The three-chamber structure provides efficient vacuum extraction and supports continuous packaging operations. A vacuum degree of up to approximately -0.1 MPa helps remove air before final sealing.
Intelligent Touchscreen Control
The PLC-based touchscreen provides centralized control of operating parameters such as conveying speed and sealing conditions, making machine setup and adjustment straightforward.
Flexible Filling Configuration
The modular design allows different filling or weighing systems to be selected according to the material, including configurations for powders, granules, sauces, and other compatible products.
Accurate Weighing and Filling
The standard measuring range is 20–500 g. Suitable weighing and dosing configurations help maintain consistent filling quantities during continuous packaging.
Reliable Heat Sealing
Controlled sealing temperature and automatic compensation help produce flat, consistent, and airtight seals across compatible premade pouch materials.

Working Process
The complete packaging process can be summarized as:
Premade Bag Feeding → Bag Picking → Bag Opening → Product Measuring → Filling → Vacuum Extraction → Heat Sealing → Finished Product Discharge
Premade bags are automatically supplied and positioned at the filling station. After the required quantity of product is dosed into the pouch, the filled package enters the vacuum section for air extraction. The pouch is then heat sealed and automatically discharged for subsequent collection or secondary packaging.

Main Component Details
1. Control Panel
The PLC touchscreen control panel provides centralized management of the packaging process. Operators can conveniently monitor and adjust relevant production parameters, including conveying and sealing settings.

2. Automatic Bag Feeding System
The bag feeding mechanism automatically supplies premade pouches to the packaging section. Bags are picked, opened, and positioned before filling, reducing repetitive manual operations.
3. Filling System
The filling section can be configured according to the characteristics of the packaged material. Different dosing solutions can be selected for granules, powders, sauces, or other compatible products.

4. High Vacuum Extraction System
The three-chamber vacuum system efficiently extracts air from filled pouches before sealing. With vacuum levels reaching approximately -0.1 MPa, the system helps create compact and airtight packages.

5. Heat Sealing System
After vacuum extraction, controlled heat sealing closes the premade pouch. Appropriate sealing parameters can be adjusted according to the selected pouch material.
Suitable Products
This automatic premade pouch vacuum packing machine can be configured for a wide variety of products, including:
• Granular Products:
Nuts, seeds, grains, beans, dried fruit, snack foods and similar materials.
• Powder Products:
Seasoning powder, spice powder, food ingredients and other compatible powders.
• Sauces & Semi-Liquids:
Sauces, marinades, condiments and other compatible semi-liquid products.
• Prepared & Frozen Foods:
Prepared meals, frozen food, processed seafood and other products requiring vacuum packaging.
Applications
Snack Food Packaging
Suitable for nuts, dried foods, snack products, and other compatible materials where controlled vacuum packaging is required.
Seafood Packaging
The vacuum extraction and heat sealing process provides an efficient packaging solution for selected processed seafood products.
Frozen Food Packaging
Automatic premade pouch handling makes the system suitable for compatible frozen food production and packaging lines.
Prepared Meal Packaging
The modular filling system can be configured for selected prepared foods and meal components requiring airtight pouch packaging.
Sauce Packaging
With the appropriate filling configuration, the machine can handle compatible sauces, condiments, and other semi-liquid products.
Packaging Material Compatibility
The machine is designed for compatible premade composite bags used in vacuum packaging applications, including selected:
• Aluminum foil composite bags
• Aluminum-plated composite bags
• Multilayer food packaging pouches
• Other vacuum-compatible premade bags
The final pouch material should be confirmed according to the packaged product, sealing requirements, vacuum level, and required storage conditions.
How to Choose the Right Configuration
Before selecting the machine configuration, several product and packaging parameters should be confirmed:
• Product type – powder, granule, sauce, frozen food, prepared food, etc.
• Filling weight – standard measuring range is 20–500 g.
• Bag dimensions – standard applicable range is L 100–240 mm × W 90–180 mm.
• Bag material – the pouch must be compatible with the vacuum and heat-sealing process.
• Required output – standard packing speed is approximately 15–25 bags/min.
• Vacuum requirements – the required residual air level should be considered according to the product and packaging objective.
These details help determine the appropriate filling system and machine configuration.
