Working Principle：
The machine operates through a rotary indexing system controlled by PLC.
Premade pouches are automatically picked and opened using vacuum suction. Products such as snacks, nuts or granules are filled using a multihead weigher or linear weigher for accurate dosing.
After filling, the pouch is sealed using heat sealing technology to ensure airtight packaging. Finished pouches are discharged through a conveyor system.The system includes intelligent functions such as no bag no fill no seal, ensuring efficient operation and reducing material waste.
