Working Principle：

The machine operates through a rotary indexing system controlled by PLC.

Premade pouches are automatically picked and transferred to each working station. The pouch is opened by vacuum suction, then filled with product using appropriate filling systems such as auger filler or liquid pump.

After filling, the pouch is sealed using heat sealing technology to ensure airtight packaging. Finished pouches are discharged through the conveyor system.The machine includes automatic detection functions such as no bag, no fill, no seal, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
