The bubble cap tray is a tower internal component with advantages such as low pressure drop, large surface area and high mechanical
strength. The bubble cap tray is widely used to increase the gas-liquid contact area, thereby improving the mass transfer efficiency.
A riser or chimney is installed on each hole of the bubble cap tray, and a cover covers the riser. The cover is installed in such a way that
there is space between the riser and the cover for the steam to pass through. The steam rises through the chimney and is guided downward
by the cover, and finally discharged through the slits in the cover and finally forms bubbles in the liquid on the tray.
