The flow pasteurizer was designed for constant thermal processing of beverages including juice, wine, beer, kvass, and other drinks. The machine starts by rapidly heating the liquid to a predetermined temperature. The liquid is then held for a while, and then it is cooled. This thermal process reduces the number of microorganisms in the product and as a result increases its shelf life.
