This oil filter truck is a special equipment to improve the cleanliness of the oil and ensure the reliable operation of the hydraulic system and lubrication system. It is suitable for adding new oil, filtering and regularly removing pollutants from the oil in the system.

LUC is a three-stage filter oil filter car, mainly composed of oil-absorbing magnetic filter, fine filter, safety valve, oil pump and other components.

During the operation of the oil filter car, the degree of clogging of the filter element can be displayed on the pressure gauge. When the pressure reaches 0.35MPa, the filter element should be cleaned or replaced in time. When the gauge pressure continues to rise above 0.4MPa, the safety valve will open automatically, and then part of the oil will return directly to the oil suction chamber of the oil pump without fine filtration. Therefore, the output flow of the oil filter car will decrease to avoid damage to the oil filter car.

Introduction of LUC Hydraulic Oil Filter Cart 

LUCD is a multi-stage filter oil filter cart, in which the difference in filtration accuracy between the first-stage fine filter and the second-stage fine filter is recommended to be 4-7 times. For example, if the filter accuracy of the oil filter car is required to be 5 μm, it is recommended that the first-level filter accuracy be 30 μm, and the second-level filter accuracy be 5 μm.
