The Industrial Orange Washing, Dewatering and Sorting Line is an automatic fruit processing line developed for fruit processing plants, citrus packing houses, and food processing factories. The assembly line is composed of a bubble cleaning section, electric heating hot air drying section, and finished product classification area, providing a complete processing flow from raw fruit to sorted product.
The processing flow follows a continuous sequence: lifting conveyor → bubble washing → lifting conveyor → washing → dewatering → finished goods. Fruit is first transported by a lifting conveyor into the bubble washing machine, where air bubble agitation removes surface dirt and debris. The washed fruit is then lifted to the hot air dewatering machine, which removes surface moisture. Finally, the roller sorting machine classifies the finished fruit by size for packaging and distribution.The line is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel with a high degree of automation, complete processing flow, and better protection of materials. It meets product export standards and can be tailored according to customer production requirements.
