Mango Peeling Machine Product Overview

The Automatic Mango Peeling Machine for Fruit Processing provides a high-capacity solution for removing the outer skin of mangoes and other compatible fruits and vegetables.

Compared with manual peeling, the machine automates repetitive peeling operations and provides more consistent processing for industrial production. Fruits are positioned at individual processing stations and peeled by stainless steel blades while the machine controls the peeling movement around the product surface.

The standard machine provides an effective processing capacity of more than 1,000 kg/h, with the reference output approximately 1,000 kg/h when processing mangoes weighing around 400 g each. It is designed for fruits approximately 70–260 mm long and 25–110 mm in diameter.

The machine can be installed as a stand-alone peeling unit or integrated into complete mango processing lines for puree, juice, dried mango, frozen mango, fruit pieces, and other value-added products.

How the Mango Peeling Machine Works

1. Fruit Feeding
Fresh mangoes are delivered to the peeling section manually or through a suitable feeding and conveying system. For continuous production lines, upstream washing and sorting equipment can be installed before the peeler.

2. Fruit Positioning
Each mango is positioned in the peeling station.Correct positioning helps the machine follow the fruit surface and achieve more consistent peeling.

3. Fruit Fixing
The fruit is securely held between the positioning components during the peeling cycle. This allows the mango to rotate while maintaining a stable processing position.

4. Automatic Peeling
The peeling blade moves along the outer surface of the rotating fruit. The reference machine provides an adjustable peeling thickness of approximately 1.5–2.7 mm, allowing the peeling depth to be selected according to the raw material.

5. Peel Removal
Removed peel separates from the fruit during processing and can be collected for disposal or further by-product handling.

Suitable Raw Materials

Mango
The primary application, suitable for industrial mango processing before cutting, pitting, drying, pulping, or freezing.
