This automatic caramel popcorn line combines hot-air popping, conveying, cooling, syrup spraying, tumbling, and optional drying for efficient commercial snack production. With an output of 80–100 kg/h, the system provides controlled heating up to 300°C and continuous material transfer between processing stages. The rotating coating drum distributes caramel syrup across the popcorn surface, while the cooling and drying sections help develop a crisp texture, uniform coating, and stable finished product for packaging.
