The product line covers two mainstream materials: polyurethane and silicone rubber. Polyurethane rollers support Shore hardness customization from 30A to 95A, featuring wear and tear resistance, pressure and oil resistance, and are suitable for working conditions such as heavy-duty transmission and industrial conveying. Silicone rubber rollers offer Shore hardness customization from 40A to 80A, boasting high elasticity, temperature resistance and mark-free lamination performance, ideal for precision printing, food conveying, and high/low temperature scenarios. Both types support surface treatments including anti-static, anti-adhesive and anti-slip finishes.

Full customization of dimensions is available for outer diameter, inner diameter, width and other parameters, along with non-standard process customization such as slotting, bearing installation, and rubber coating thickening. The high-temperature compression molding integral rubber coating process ensures a tight bond between the rubber layer and the metal shaft core, preventing debonding and resisting aging. Reinforced with carbon steel/stainless steel shaft cores, the rollers feature smooth rotation and strong load-bearing capacity.
