The 30kg/h Three Layer Film Extrusion Machine for Plastic Film is an advanced co-extrusion solution designed for manufacturing functional multilayer films. Working Principle:
Raw materials are fed into separate extruders where they are melted and plasticized. The molten materials are then combined in a multi-layer co-extrusion die to form a unified three-layer film. The film is cast onto a chill roller to rapidly cool and solidify. After thickness adjustment and edge trimming, the film is pulled and wound into rolls. The entire process is synchronized through a PLC system for stable operation and precise layer control.
