Working Principle：

Plastic pellets are fed into the extruder hopper, then conveyed by a high-precision screw through heated zones where the material melts. The molten plastic is forced through a flat die to form sheets or boards, cooled in a water or air cooling system, and cut to the desired length by a cutting unit. Automation and PLC controls ensure consistent thickness, temperature stability, and continuous production.
