Considerations for pressure transmitter
- The suction pipe should be as short as possible and avoid sharp bending.
- The installation slope of the pressure pipeline should not be less than 1:12, so as not to cause precipitation.
- Before connecting the pressure pipeline to the pressure transmitter, it must be blown with compressed air and preferably washed with the measured medium.
- If the medium is liquid, the suction pipe should be completely emptied.
- The pressure pipeline shall be arranged in such a way that bubbles in the measured liquid or precipitates in the measured gas can flow back into the process pipeline.
- When installing process pipes, there must be no leakage.
