The discharge action is lifted by conveying,and high-pressure spraying is performed on the elevator to further clean the fruits and vegetables.

The working principle of large-scale juicer, the bottom diameter of the screw shaft gradually increases along the direction of the slag outlet and the screw pitch gradually decreases. When the material is pushed by the screw shaft, the volume of the screw cavity is reduced, forming a squeeze of the material. The squeezed juice flows into the juicer at the bottom through the filter screen, and the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the spiral and the pressure-regulating tapered part. The size of the gap should be determined by the user’s specific process requirements.
It is suitable for squeezing a variety of fruits, such as apples, pears, oranges, papaya, watermelon，cantaloupe, winter melon, pumpkin and other fruits. It can be customized according to customer needs.
