Unitank is a new model that has all the bells and whistles of our regular fermenters (Fermenter Tank CCV) but also comes with a more durable EPDM manhole gasket, solenoid valve for coolant, a larger 30% (instead of 25%) tank headspace and has the carbonation stone and sampling valve mounted on the cone.

100% TIG welded joints with sanitary polish and stringent controls, inspection and pressure testing. Stainless steel grade is 304 with finish 2B which has a surface finish of 0.1-0.5 RA. The fermenters are both pickled and passivated on the inside.

The 500 liter Beer Fermentation Tank is the ideal solution for any bar, restaurant, or small catering company looking to add a custom-built beer fermentation tank to their facility.
The beer fermentation tank is used in the fermentation stage of beer equipment, and adopts honeycomb jacket and polyurethane for heat preservation. The fermentation tank is made of stainless steel SUS304 material. The tank is equipped with an overpressure and vacuum protection safety valve, and an adjustable wine outlet. It is a kind of equipment for mechanical stirring and fermentation of materials. The equipment adopts the internal circulation method and adopts asymmetric speed regulation stirring, so that the material can be cooled rapidly and at the same time, the damage to the viscosity of the material is minimized.

We offers a wide array of fermenters(fermentation) and brite tanks(maturation) tanks that are designed accordingly to our customers’ specifications and their needs. Our fermenter and brite tanks come in three different generalized builds (customizable tanks are also available): single wall, un-jacketed and jacketed. All of our tanks can be pressurized (unless otherwise requested) and the fermenters have an added bonus of functioning as both a fermenter and BBT tank.
