The core of the equipment adopts food-grade 304/316 stainless steel seamless heating tubes with a dry-burning and anti-cracking design, achieving a heat conversion efficiency of over 98% — far higher than traditional boilers, with lower energy consumption per unit of steam. The heating tube bank features a modular layout, allowing individual disassembly and replacement for convenient later maintenance, and has a service life of more than 80,000 hours. Equipped with a once-through tank-type steam generation structure, cold water undergoes three processes of preheating, vaporization and dry steaming, enabling the production of dry saturated steam in just 3-8 minutes after startup. The steam pressure is steplessly adjustable from 0.4 to 1.6MPa, and the evaporation capacity covers the full range of 0.1 to 10t/h, which can meet different steam demands from small-batch processing to large-scale production. In addition, the steam humidity is ≤3% with no condensed water residue, making it suitable for high-precision steam application scenarios such as pharmaceutical sterilization and food steaming.
