The working principle
Pneumatic conveyor is mainly composed of fan, cyclone, air closer, connecting pipeline and conveying pipe.The negative pressure airflow generated by the high-pressure fan passes through the suction nozzle, the hose sucks the material, and the air is separated from the material through the brake. Through the conveying pipeline, it is pressed to the place where it is needed, and the gas separated from the material will pass upward through the small brake and the inlet fan connecting the pipeline.
