Adjust the pressure of the booster pump to the booster pressure required by the steering machine.

Connect the oil inlet pipe and oil return pipe of steering gear.

The oil inlet pipe is a high-pressure pipe – double-layer steel wire pressure resistant 30MPa, and the oil return pipe is a semitransparent steel wire snake skin pipe, which is convenient for observing the internal leakage of the steering engine.

Turn on the solenoid valve of the steering gear, the power pressure enters the steering gear, turn the steering wheel to the left and right, and the vertical arm of the steering gear rotates to pull the power cylinder forward or backward.

The fore-and-aft expansion and contraction of the power cylinder will make the oil pressure inside the cylinder rise and fall, and form a symmetrical curve with the power boost pressure of the power pump.

The long and short runout of the curve may indicate that there is a problem with the internal structure of the steering machine.

Internal leakage, hairpin, excessive free clearance, asymmetric assistance, incorrect centering effect, etc.
