Working Principle：
Bottles continuously move on the conveyor into the filling station, where double-head peristaltic pumps accurately fill the liquid. The bottles are then transported to the capping station, where a servo rotary device picks up and tightens the caps. Sensors monitor bottle position and cap placement, while the PLC system controls filling volume, capping torque, and conveyor speed, ensuring efficient, precise, and leak-proof operation.
