The 50–70 pcs/min filling and capping machine is designed for peanut butter, sauces, shampoo, oils, and other viscous liquids. Equipped with a servo motor and precise screw capping system, it ensures accurate cap placement for every bottle. The PLC control panel allows adjustment of filling volume, capping speed, and torque, accommodating various bottle and cap sizes. Working Principle：

Bottles move continuously on the conveyor into the filling and capping station. The servo-controlled pump performs precise filling, while the gripper picks up screw caps and rotates them to seal the bottles. The PLC system controls conveyor speed and torque, with sensors monitoring each cap to ensure leak-proof and accurate sealing.
