Working principle:
Raw materials such as corn flour, rice flour, and wheat flour are first mixed and conveyed into the twin screw extrusion chamber. Inside the extruder, the rotating twin screws apply high temperature, pressure, and mechanical shear to cook and plasticize the material. As the processed material exits through the die head, a sudden pressure drop causes rapid expansion, forming puffed snack structures. A rotary cutting system then shapes the product into uniform sizes before further drying, flavoring, and cooling processes.
