Working principle：
Raw grains such as corn or rice are fed into the hopper and transported through the extrusion barrel by a rotating screw. As the material moves forward, friction and pressure increase the temperature and cook the grains. The material is compressed and forced through a shaping die at the outlet. When the material exits the die, the sudden pressure drop causes rapid expansion, forming puffed snacks. A cutting system shapes the extruded product into uniform snack pieces.
