Working principle:
Grain raw materials such as maize, rice, or sorghum are fed into the hopper and transported through the extrusion chamber by a rotating screw. As the material moves along the barrel, heat and pressure are generated through mechanical friction. The cooked material is compressed and forced through a shaping die. When exiting the die, the pressure rapidly drops, causing the material to expand and form puffed snacks. The forming mechanism shapes the snacks into different designs.
