Technical Parameters of the Tungsten Steel Taps
Tungsten steel material refers to the alloy material obtained by mixing, pressing and sintering through a series of processing techniques using WC and CO powder as the main raw materials. With the characteristics of hardness, high strength, corrosion resistance, and stainless, it is widely used in the production of high-precision, high-wear-resistant key parts in industries such as hardware, machinery, chemical industry, and national defense.
Good rigidity: up to 900~1000°C, no deformation when kept at 60HRC.
Good wear resistance: It can process hard metal materials such as stainless steel and cast iron.
High hardness: 82.0~93.6HRA, equivalent to 65~81HRC.
