Working Principle：

Plastic raw materials are fed into the hopper and conveyed into the barrel by the single screw. The screw rotates within the heated barrel, melting and plasticizing the material while mixing it uniformly. The molten plastic is then extruded through a die to form screws or fasteners of consistent shape and size. Vacuum degassing may be applied to remove air and moisture, ensuring high-quality pellets.
