Working Principle：

Plastic pellets are fed into the extruder hopper and conveyed by the parallel twin screws, where they are melted, mixed, and homogenized. The system removes moisture and air via vacuum degassing before passing the melt through an interchangeable die to form uniform pellets. The Mosaic+ control system monitors temperature, pressure, and screw speed, optimizing process efficiency and ensuring high-quality output.
