Working Principle：

Bottles are manually or automatically fed onto the conveyor, then positioned under the cap feeder. Caps are sorted via vibration plate and elevated to align with bottles. A servo motor-driven screw capping head grips each cap, rotates it to secure the bottle, and applies uniform torque. The PLC touchscreen monitors speed, torque, and alignment, ensuring consistent sealing quality throughout high-speed operation.
