The 35–50 pcs/min automatic screw cap placing machine is designed for daily use bottled products, automatically capping bottles after high-speed filling. Working Principle：

Bottles move continuously on the conveyor into the cap placing station. A servo-controlled gripper picks up screw caps and accurately places them onto the bottle neck while rotating to secure the cap. The PLC system controls conveyor speed and capping torque, with sensors ensuring leak-proof and precise sealing.
