Working Principle：

PVC raw materials are fed into the hopper and conveyed by the screw into the extruder barrel. The material melts and plasticizes under controlled multi-zone heating while being uniformly mixed. The molten PVC is extruded through a flat die to form continuous artificial stone sheets with consistent thickness and smooth surfaces. After extrusion, the sheets pass through a calibration and cooling system to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality before cutting or winding.
