Working Principle：

Liquid is delivered to the filling heads on the rotary plate via the feeding system. Servo motors precisely push the liquid into the bottles. Bottles move sequentially on the rotary plate and automatically proceed to the capping station after filling. The PLC system controls filling volume, speed, and capping torque, while sensors ensure leak-free and accurate operation.
