Working principle
The 20–80 BPM multihead weighing packing machine operates through a fully automated system integrating feeding, weighing, and packaging. Granular materials are first conveyed to the multihead weigher, where multiple weighing hoppers work simultaneously. High-precision load cells calculate different combinations and instantly select the optimal weight closest to the preset value.
After weighing, the material is discharged into the packaging machine. The system then completes bag forming, filling, sealing, and cutting in a continuous process. Controlled by an intelligent PLC system, the machine ensures synchronized operation, high accuracy, and stable packaging speed ranging from 20 to 80 bags per minute.
