Product Introduction for Seawater RO System
The 1TPH seawater reverse osmosis system is a specialized water treatment unit designed for seawater desalination applications. With a capacity of 1 ton per hour, it is built to operate under high-pressure conditions required for seawater purification.
This system uses advanced reverse osmosis membrane technology to remove salt, dissolved solids, and impurities from seawater, producing clean and usable freshwater. It is suitable for continuous operation in demanding environments.
It is widely used in coastal areas, marine operations, ships, islands, and industrial facilities where freshwater resources are limited.

Working principle:
Seawater is first pretreated to remove suspended solids and impurities. A high-pressure pump then forces the water through specialized seawater reverse osmosis membranes.
Under high pressure, the semi-permeable membrane allows water molecules to pass while rejecting salts and dissolved solids. The purified water is collected as fresh water, while concentrated brine is discharged. The system maintains stable pressure to ensure efficient desalination performance.

Main features:
• High-pressure reverse osmosis membrane technology effectively removes salt and dissolved solids
• Designed for harsh environments with durable membrane housings and corrosion-resistant materials
• Stable high-pressure pump system ensures consistent desalination performance and water output
• Efficient separation process produces reliable freshwater from seawater sources
• Compact system design allows installation in ships, islands, and limited space environments

Application scenarios:
• Seawater desalination for coastal and island water supply
• Marine and shipboard freshwater production systems
• Offshore platform water treatment systems
• Industrial seawater purification applications
• Emergency and remote area water supply systems
• Aquaculture and marine farming water treatment
