Working Principle：

Raw materials enter the parallel twin screw extruder through the hopper, undergoing mixing, heating, and plasticization along the screws. High surface area screws ensure uniform temperature and shear for thorough compounding. The material passes through a vacuum degassing zone to remove air and moisture, then flows through the shaping die to form uniform plastic strips or pellets. The PLC system monitors production parameters in real time, ensuring stable output and consistent product quality.
