Working Principle

1. Plastic ampoule forming – film unwinds and is molded into ampoules.

2. Liquid filling – peristaltic or mechanical system injects liquid accurately into formed ampoules.

3. Sealing and cutting – filled ampoules are heat-sealed and cut to length.

4. Batch coding and embossing – optional date or batch number is embossed.

5. Slitting and final packaging – ampoules are separated and prepared for downstream packaging.
