WEICHAI Industrial Diesel Generator Four Protection Control System

1. Low oil pressure protection. When the engine oil is insufficient or reaches the warning level, the generator set will send out a low oil pressure alarm.
2. High water temperature protection. When the temperature of the water tank of the generator set reaches above 98ºC, the control module of the generator will give an early warning of high water temperature, and then shut down for protection.
3. Overload protection. When the user’s load exceeds the rated current of the generator set, the generator set will also have a shutdown alarm.
4. Overcurrent protection. When the user’s load exceeds the rated power of the generator, the generator will also alarm and stop.

1. Automatic control cabinet

• Detect the mains A, B, C three-phase, under/overvoltage, phase loss protection, equipped with floating charging system.
• Automatically control the start and stop of the diesel generator set.
• Control dual power mains-generator automatic transfer switch (ATS)
• Automatic/manual working mode, manual start-stop device can be added.
• Multiple alarm protection functions (alarm protection for high water temperature, low oil pressure, overspeed, overfrequency, overload, undervoltage, startup failure, charging failure, conversion failure, etc.).
• The standard configuration is two sets of independent start-stop systems with battery chargers.
