The small semi-automatic packaging machine uses a vibration-driven method for material handling and counting. Products move sequentially and steadily through an adjustable valve beneath the material container, falling smoothly into the counting tunnel, preventing accumulation or damage caused by excessive conveyor speed. When a product reaches the grid hole, the counting photoelectric sensor generates precise pulse signals for counting. The signals are divided into left and right channels, accumulated, and sent in real time to the PLC control system to ensure accurate counting data. When the count reaches the preset quantity, the shutter plate automatically closes, pausing the products from continuing to drop, preparing for subsequent filling.
