The small-dose perfume filling and capping machine supports stepless speed adjustment of the turntable via a touchscreen. With the internal linkage structure, it achieves precise positioning of the workstation, ensuring smooth coordination of filling, nozzle pressing, and capping processes. During the capping process, the gripper is also driven by a servo motor, with torque adjustable as needed. Once the preset torque is reached, the gripper automatically releases, effectively protecting the perfume bottle cap and body, preventing scratches or damage.
