Product Process Description：
The premade pouch packing machine follows a fully automatic rotary process including pouch feeding, date coding, zipper opening, pouch opening, filling and sealing. Premade pouches are first loaded and positioned, then the zipper is opened and the pouch is expanded for filling. Products are filled using weighing or auger systems, followed by optional vibration to ensure uniform distribution. After filling, the pouch is exhausted if required, sealed and discharged automatically, ensuring efficient, accurate and hygienic packaging for food, powder, granule and liquid products.
