Working Principle：

1. Pouch Feeding System
Premade pouches are automatically loaded and positioned in the horizontal conveyor system for continuous operation.

2. Pouch Opening Process
The pouch is opened by vacuum suction or mechanical opening system to prepare for filling.

3. Filling System
Liquid or viscous materials such as tuna and sauce are filled using piston pump or rotor pump system, ensuring accurate dosing and anti-drip performance.

4. Sealing Process
The pouch is sealed by heat sealing system with double sealing design to ensure leak-proof and secure packaging.

5. Output System
Finished pouches are discharged automatically for further processing such as labeling or carton packing.
