Working Principle：

The single screw extruder melts and plasticizes PVC material using a rotating screw inside a heated barrel. The molten PVC is forced through a calibrated die to form soft transparent pipes. Water cooling and vacuum calibration stabilize the pipe diameter and surface quality. The finished pipes are cut to length and stacked automatically.
