Working Principle：

Bottles are conveyed into the capping station where the PLC-controlled electric screw capping head aligns with each bottle. The machine applies adjustable torque to tighten caps consistently. Sensors monitor bottle position and torque to prevent over-tightening or leakage. After capping, bottles continue on the conveyor to the next stage of production.
