Product Structure

The Z type bucket conveyor operates by lifting materials vertically using overlapping buckets attached to a high-strength carbon steel chain running along a frame. Buckets are filled at the inlet and lifted along the vertical section before discharging at one or multiple points. The chain is tensioned on both sides and driven by a frequency-controlled motor, ensuring smooth, quiet operation. Food-grade PP or SUS304 buckets resist temperature variations, and the continuous overlapping design minimizes spillage. The structure includes frame, buckets, chains, sprockets, control box, and optional magnetic feeder for uniform material supply.
