Working principle:
Raw water first passes through quartz sand and activated carbon filters to remove sediments, chlorine, and large impurities. Softening units reduce hardness, then the high-pressure pump pressurizes water into the RO membrane. The semi-permeable RO membrane allows only water molecules to pass, separating dissolved salts and contaminants. Purified water is collected in the storage tank, while concentrated brine is discharged. UV sterilization and ozone treatment further disinfect the water, ensuring safety and stability. PLC control monitors flow, pressure, and system status, maintaining efficient, high-quality purification continuously.
