Working principle:
The system operates by feeding dry polymer powder into a pre-wetting unit where it is mixed with water to prevent clumping. The mixture then enters a series of mixing tanks where it is fully dissolved and homogenized.
A metering pump precisely doses the prepared polymer solution into the treatment system. The PLC control system automatically adjusts feeding, mixing, and dosing based on preset parameters, ensuring continuous and stable operation.
